• Children below the age of 5 years sharing parent’s coupe (without extra bed) free of charge, children between 5-12 years of age at 50% charge.

• Personal expenses such as Liquor, Laundry, other items of personal nature, charges levied at parks and monuments, transfer to and from railway station in Bangalore.

• Half fare for children of 5 years and above but less than 12 years, child below 5 years are free of charge.
• There will be a 10% surcharge levied on the tariff for Christmas & New Year departure (already calculated above).
• All the payment are to be made in Indian Rupees on the prevailing exchange rate.

• 20% of the ticket value at the time of confirming the booking.
• Remaining 80% of ticket value 45 days prior to departure.

• 5% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure.
• 20% of ticket value 30-59 days prior to departure.
• 100% of ticket value between less than 30 days prior to departure.

• Guest details will have to be submitted at the time of booking. Any change in the details shall be treated as cancellation and would attract cancellation charges as applicable and the new name/s will be treated as fresh booking and will be confirmed keeping in view the waitlisted bookings.
